The Malvern Memorial Cabin Foundation is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization.
Nestled in the heart of Malvern, the Memorial Cabin has stood as a beloved landmark and gathering place for generations. Built in 1958 through the dedication and hard work of local volunteers, the Cabin was envisioned as a place where youth could connect with nature, develop leadership skills, and build lasting friendships. Over the decades, it has grown into much more than a structure—it’s become a symbol of the Malvern community spirit, resilience, and shared tradition.
Throughout its history, the Malvern Memorial Cabin has welcomed groups, local families, and community organizations. From educational programs and seasonal events to informal gatherings and quiet moments in nature, the Cabin provides a safe and supportive environment for learning, creativity, and connection.
Our mission is to preserve this cherished space for current and future generations by fostering opportunities for youth development, family engagement, and community building. We are committed to maintaining the Cabin’s legacy as a place where all are welcome to explore, discover, and grow—together.
Three active Scout Troops and a Cub Scout Pack meet regularly to engage in leadership, outdoor skills, and community service.
A dedicated Homeschool group uses the Cabin as a learning hub.
We open our doors for special events like our annual Movie Night and Oktoberfest, welcoming families from the local community.
